Line/Patrol Officer Training

Open to sworn law enforcement professionals

This training provides you with a deeper understanding of factors that contribute to suicide, learn to recognize warning signs in yourself and others, focus on ways to build resilience, and explore options for treating any unresolved stress.

During this training:

  • Develop innovative strategies that promote health and wellness, interrupt unhealthy behaviors, and overcome the stigma of seeking help.
  • Discuss how you can provide support to fellow officers.
  • Develop a specific and individualized action plan that includes resources that you can access to continue your health and wellness journey.

Classroom Training

Instructional interaction that occurs "in-person" and in real time between instructors and participants.

Virtual Training

Real-time training with participants listening and participating synchronously through a virtual platform (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc).
